How long does it take to set up PaperBook?
Most institutions are fully operational within 24-48 hours. Our onboarding team helps you import existing data, configure your institution profile, and train your staff at no additional cost.
Can I import data from our existing system?
Yes! We support bulk data import via Excel/CSV files. Our team can help migrate student records, staff data, fee structures, and academic history from your current system.
Is PaperBook available in regional languages?
Currently, PaperBook supports English and Hindi. We're actively adding support for more regional languages including Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, and Bengali.
What payment methods are supported for fee collection?
We support all major payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards, net banking, and offline payment recording. Integration with Razorpay and Cashfree is built-in.
Is my institution's data secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption, daily automated backups, and store data in SOC 2 compliant data centers located in India. We are fully GDPR compliant and never share your data with third parties.
Can parents access PaperBook on mobile?
Yes, PaperBook works beautifully on all devices — phones, tablets, and desktops. We also offer dedicated mobile apps for Android and iOS for parents, teachers, and students.
Do you offer training for staff?
Yes, we provide free training sessions during onboarding, including live video walkthroughs, detailed documentation, and a library of tutorial videos. Ongoing support is available via chat, email, and phone.
Can I switch from the free plan to a paid plan later?
Of course! You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard. All your data is preserved when you switch plans, and you get access to premium features instantly upon upgrade.
